Start and Pause Song Requests (Pro)

• Pro DJs can open song requests early or pause them mid-event from DJ Admin → Events, without changing the event’s start or end time.
• The same control appears on Booth (and Full screen) when you pick a specific event in the Event dropdown — next to Refresh.
• Events still open and close on schedule by default. Free plans keep schedule-only behavior; Pro unlocks the manual start/pause control.
• Guests see a clear “requests paused” message when a Pro DJ pauses accepting requests during a live event.

Pricing Preview, Profile Events, and Mobile Dashboard Polish

• On the Pricing page, phones now show a live-style Request Board preview so you can see how the queue looks on a small screen before you upgrade.
• Browse Events and Pricing pages show clearer loading feedback while content loads.
• Public DJ profile pages use the same animated event grid as Browse Events for active, upcoming, and past shows — cleaner layout on phones and tablets.
• The cookie consent banner message is easier to scan, with clearer emphasis on the important parts.
• A Support guide for email preferences (including one-click unsubscribe) is easier to find in search results.
• On phones, the DJ Dashboard skips heavy entrance animations so the workspace feels snappier when you open it on a mobile device.

Email Unsubscribe, Navigation Polish, and Workspace Refresh

• Marketing emails now include a one-click Unsubscribe link. Follow it to opt out instantly — no login required. You can still manage all email preferences anytime under Workspace → Profile.
• Site navigation highlights the page you're on more reliably, including when you're on login or signup screens.
• The mobile site menu and cookie consent banner are easier to read and tap on small screens.
• Browse Events cards now show event times in your timezone, with the timezone abbreviation beside the date.
• Event cards on DJ profile pages and Browse Events use a cleaner grid layout that scales better on phones and tablets.
• The DJ Dashboard loads with smoother entrance animations — stat cards count up, recent events and requests fade in, and quick actions appear in sequence.
• Page transitions across Workspace feel smoother when moving between Dashboard, Events, Analytics, and other sections.
• On phones, the DJ Admin header now has a dedicated menu button (☰) so you can open the navigation drawer without hunting for it.
• The Companion Apps page has a tidier layout for the Glasses HUD and Mac Menu Bar sections.

The unsubscribe link only turns off marketing and product-update emails. Important account notices (billing, security, terms changes) may still be sent when required. To adjust policy email preferences, visit Workspace → Profile → Email preferences.

Spotify Integration, Browse & Top Requests, Companion Apps, and Admin Upgrades

• Spotify DJ Integration (Beta) joins TIDAL in Workspace → DJ Integration. Preview accounts can connect Spotify and export incoming song requests to All Requests and event playlists, then refresh them in supported DJ software.
• Choose your active music service from a platform picker — TIDAL and Spotify are available; SoundCloud and Apple Music show as coming soon.
• Request Board now shows event stats on the venue display: approval rate, average response time, request counts, and time remaining.
• Your DJ social links and tip jar handles (Venmo, Cash App) can appear on the Request Board kiosk header so guests see how to follow or tip you.
• Songs moving to approved, rejected, or played now animate smoothly on the board, with a brief header toast when status changes.
• Request Board approval rate now matches the guest event page for consistent numbers across tabs.
• The Request Board keeps a fuller layout even when the queue is short — placeholder cards fill empty slots so the display stays balanced on venue screens.
• DJ Admin on phones gets a navigation drawer with section links, quick actions, and sign out — easier to reach Workspace tools without the desktop sidebar.
• Timezone has its own page under Workspace so you can set how event times display across your dashboard and analytics.
• Timezone settings fixed — you can now choose and save your default timezone under Workspace → Timezone without the dropdown jumping back. Your choice applies right away to event times on your dashboard and analytics.
• The Subscription page shows clearer billing details — plan status, renewal timing, and payment method when available.
• Login and form fields on mobile use adjusted text sizes so iOS is less likely to zoom in while you type.
• Even Realities G2 glasses login pages now include a live HUD preview so you can see what the in-glasses experience looks like before connecting.
• Browse Events (/events) now lets you search DJs, events, and locations from one bar, with smoother animated transitions as results update.
• Top Requests (/top-requests) adds an Artists leaderboard alongside songs — switch between Songs and Artists, pick a time range, and view results as cards or a table.
• Artist photos appear on Top Requests and browse cards when we have a match, making leaderboards easier to scan.
• Companion Apps (/companions) is a new hub for Glasses HUD (Even Realities G2) and the Mac Menu Bar app — setup steps, download links, and how each fits your workflow.
• Workspace now has dedicated Glasses and Mac App pages with install badges and quick links to setup guides.
• The mobile site menu adds Features and FAQ links so you can jump to the marketing site without hunting for them.

Spotify DJ Integration uses the same limited beta access as TIDAL — Pro membership makes your account eligible, but playlist export requires beta approval. When both services are connected, only the active platform receives new request tracks. Glasses HUD and Mac Menu Bar are free add-ons included on Free and Pro — they sync with your web queue but are separate from DJ Integration playlist export.

Event Page Polish and Audience Header Behavior

• The song list header now reads Request Queue for clearer attendee context.
• The “Did you mean this song?” prompt was redesigned with clearer choices and stronger visual hierarchy.
• While a request is being sent, the Request Song button stays disabled and a “Submitting...” toast appears, then closes automatically when done.
• Pagination controls on event pages now match PlayThis.Live brand styling for better consistency.
• Divider lines above the description and queue navigation now span edge-to-edge for cleaner layout alignment.
• Approval rate display on the audience event page now uses event-wide decided totals, so the percentage is consistent across tabs and pages.
• Request Queue now uses the DJ’s brand color and a distinct gradient treatment for visual separation from other headers and CTAs.
• Switching queue tabs now shows a loading state before empty text, reducing “No requests” flicker during refresh.
• Event stats now include Ending in so attendees can see remaining event time at a glance.
• Very large duration values now display with years and months for readability.
• Tapping the active Request Queue filter again now flips the list order, so attendees can switch between newest-first and earliest-submitted requests.
• The active Request Queue filter now shows an arrow so the current list direction is easier to read at a glance.
• On phones, pages now open slightly zoomed out so more of the screen fits without pinch-zooming. You can still pinch to zoom in or out.
• DJs can now choose how the event header opens and closes for guests after song requests, from Workspace → Audience Header Behavior.
• The settings preview shows a sample event using your profile photo and brand color.
• In auto-open and auto-collapse modes, Simulate X requests shows what guests see after that many successful requests.
• The save button on Audience Header Behavior is centered.

Support Assistant, Live Event Edits, Booth, Request Board, and Guest Event Pages

• Added a support assistant to DJ Admin that answers your questions from the PlayThis.Live Support Center and links you straight to the right screen.
• The assistant is also available on Support Center pages while you are signed in.
• Every answer is clearly labelled as automated, and you can reach a real person any time from the Contact tab.
• Your conversation now stays on the device you are using for 7 days, and you can clear it whenever you want.
• Events that are happening right now can have their title and description updated. Start and end times, location, and password stay locked once an event begins.
• Song requests now flow into TIDAL more steadily when a lot of them arrive at once.
• Booth Cards view now matches the look of the Request Board: larger artwork, glass-style cards, and bigger tap targets on phones.
• You can choose how many request cards show per page, and Cards is one list that follows All, Pending, Approved, Spun, or Rejected.
• Date, time, event name, and event ID show as small pills on Cards. Date and time pills also appear in the one-column and two-column lists.
• Status, View, and Event filters look like clear choices. Refresh is easier to spot and turns green when new requests are waiting.
• Password-protected events now ask for the event password before the Request Board opens.
• After the board is unlocked, the event password appears under the Scan to request QR so guests can enter it on their phones.
• The Request Board can go full screen on a TV, keeps the newest pending songs pinned at the top, and scrolls the rest of the queue.
• Guest event pages now keep the event details and the song request form in one card.
• Song rows on the event page match that glass-card look: larger artwork and color by Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Already Played.
• Songs without album art show the DJ’s profile photo, or the PlayThis.Live logo if there isn’t one.

The assistant only answers from published Support Center guides and FAQs, so it cannot see your account or your events. For anything account-specific, open a support request and the team will follow up.

DJ Integration Preview

• Added DJ Integration to the Pro plan details and plan comparison.
• Introduced a limited preview that exports incoming song requests to an All Requests playlist and optional event playlists.
• Preview users can refresh these playlists in supported DJ software to bring requested tracks into their workflow.
• Added playlist and recent-sync tables for managing destinations and tracking delivery status.

DJ Integration is currently available only to selected preview accounts while broader Pro access is prepared.

More reliable song BPM & key, clearer Last.fm controls

• On Pro, BPM and musical key on Booth request pills are matched more carefully, so wrong-song metadata is less likely to stick
• Songs that did not get BPM or key the first time can be looked up again later when guests request them or you use your catalog—without wiping values you set by hand
• Under Workspace → Song Search, Last.fm shows a clear On or Off state, and flipping the toggle saves right away (after a valid API key is saved)
• Subscription perk cards are easier to read in light and dark mode

Pre-event modes, catalog import, Booth key notation, and plan perks

• On Pro, when you create or edit an event, choose how guests can request songs before the event starts: Off, Catalog, or Any song (one choice at a time)
• Off keeps the event closed until start time
• Catalog lets guests pick only from your song catalog before the show
• Any song lets guests submit free-form requests before the event starts
• Those early requests show as pending in your queue and stay locked until the event begins
• Pre-event requests do not count toward your response-time analytics
• On Pro, import a playlist CSV into your song catalog (TuneMyMusic or a PlayThis.Live catalog export), preview Deezer matches, then add the tracks you want—including songs Deezer did not find
• Saving a Last.fm API key now checks that the key works before it is stored
• The Demo events preference on Events now also applies to the Booth and Requests queue, so demo traffic stays hidden unless you turn it on
