Plans & limits

What each plan includes, how limits work, and how to upgrade or change your plan.

Available plans

PlayThis.Live offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan is forever free and gives you core features with a limit on how many active events you can run per month. Pro removes that limit and adds advanced analytics. You can upgrade or change plans anytime from DJ Admin → Subscription.

Free plan

$0/month — Perfect for getting started. No credit card required.

  • 3 Active Events per Month — You can have up to 3 non-archived events active in a given month. An “active” event is one you’re using for requests (e.g. live or upcoming). Archived events don’t count toward this limit. If you need more concurrent or monthly events, upgrade to Pro.
  • Unlimited Songs per Event — There is no cap on how many song requests an event can receive. Attendees can submit as many requests as you allow per your event settings.
  • Tip Jar Feature — You can enable the Tip Jar so that after every X song requests (you set the threshold), attendees see an option to tip you via Venmo and/or Cash App. No card processing or attendee account on our side; you share your own payment links.
  • Deezer & Last.fm — Deezer is already integrated for music metadata (artist names, track info, cover art) and song search. Last.fm is optional: you can connect it in DJ Admin → Settings for more accurate or richer data if you prefer.
  • Augmented Reality Even Realities G2 Glasses Integration — The Glasses HUD is free for all users. You can use the song-request HUD on Even Realities G2 (and compatible) glasses to see all your events and approve or reject requests from the display.

Pro plan

$4.99/month — For professional DJs and event organizers who run more events and want deeper insights.

Pro includes everything on the Free plan, with higher limits and one additional feature:

  • Unlimited Active Events per Month — No limit on how many events you can have active at once or per month. Run as many concurrent or monthly events as you need.
  • Unlimited Songs per Event — Same as Free; no cap on song requests per event.
  • Tip Jar Feature — Same as Free; enable and configure in DJ Admin → Settings.
  • Deezer & Last.fm — Same as Free: Deezer is built-in; Last.fm is optional in DJ Admin → Settings for better accuracy when you want it.
  • Augmented Reality Even Realities G2 Glasses Integration — Same as Free: the Glasses HUD is free for both plans. You can see all your events and interact with them (approve or reject requests) on the glasses.
  • Advanced Analytics — Pro adds deeper analytics (e.g. top songs, trends, event performance, response times) so you can see how requests and events perform over time. Access from DJ Admin → Analytics.

Changing plans

Open DJ Admin → Subscription and click Manage Subscription. You’ll go to Stripe’s secure Customer Portal, where you can change plans, upgrade to Pro, or cancel. Your billing and payment methods are managed there; we never see or store your card details—only Stripe does.
