What you need for the Glasses HUD

Hardware, account, and setup to use the song-request HUD on Even Realities smart glasses.

About Even Realities

The HUD is built for Even Realities smart glasses (e.g. the Even G2). Even offers a Pilot Developer program so that any application can be built to run on the glasses. If you have compatible glasses, you can use this HUD to manage your PlayThis.Live events and song requests directly on the display—no selling, just the option to use it if you have the hardware.

You log in on this site, then open the HUD URL (or scan the QR code) in the Even App on your glasses. Your events and requests stay in sync with the web app.

PlayThis.Live account

Sign in at app.playthis.live with your DJ account. You need at least one event; the HUD shows your events and their song requests. The Glasses HUD is free for both Free and Pro users; you can see all your events and interact with them on the glasses.

Even Realities smart glasses

The Glasses HUD runs on Even Realities display glasses. The Even G2 is the main supported model: an everyday HUD that shows information in your field of view. Where supported, the R1 control ring pairs with the ecosystem for gesture control. Install the Even App on your phone and pair your glasses so you can open web content (including the HUD) on the display.

Opening the HUD

Open app.playthis.live/glasses.html in the browser that connects to your glasses (or scan the QR code from DJ Admin → Glasses). Log in if prompted. Once connected, the HUD shows your events; tap to select an event and then work through requests with single-tap to select and double-tap to confirm or go back.
