How to get guests on your event page and requesting songs. Copy the public link or download a QR from DJ Admin.
Copy the event link
Open the event in DJ Admin → Events and choose View public page. That URL is the request page for this gig. Paste it in a story, a group chat, or a flyer.
If the event is private, share the event password along with the link. If your DJ profile is private, guests also need the profile password from DJ Admin → Profile.
Make a QR code
Go to DJ Admin → QR Code. Point the code at your DJ profile or at one event, then pick shapes, colors, a logo, and an optional frame.
Download PNG or JPG, or copy the image onto a screen, table tent, or printed flyer. For a full walkthrough, see 📲 QR Studio.
What guests need
- A phone browser — guests do not install a PlayThis.Live app.
- No attendee account — they open the link or scan the QR and search for a song.
- Works on iPhone and Android with a current browser.
Where to put the link or QR
- Print the QR on flyers, table cards, or a sign near the DJ booth.
- Put it on a venue screen or the Request Board QR (Pro) if you are showing the approved queue on a TV.
- Post the event link on social before doors, and mention it once the room is full so late arrivals can still request.
