Pro Beta
π§ Recent syncs and troubleshooting
Recent syncs is the activity log for DJ Integration. Use it to see which requests landed in your playlists, which did not match on TIDAL, and which need a retry.
Recent syncs
Recent syncs is the activity log on DJ Integration. Each row is a request, with the song, artist, destination status, details, and last update.
Use Retry on a failed row to try matching and adding again. Pause or missing playlists will still skip destinations that are not enabled.
- Synced. The track was added to that playlist.
- No match. TIDAL did not have a confident match for that title and artist (or ISRC). The request still exists in PlayThis.Live; it was not added to TIDAL.
- Failed or Retry. The add did not finish. Use Retry on that row. If TIDAL shows Reconnect required, reconnect first, then retry.
- Paused destinations. A paused playlist does not receive new tracks until you Resume it. Requests that arrived while it was paused are not backfilled automatically.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot find DJ Integration. The Workspace item is shown only for approved Pro Beta accounts. Pro without beta access will not see it. CSV export under Settings β Data is the Pro option that is always available.
- Connect TIDAL fails or comes back with an error. Sign in with the correct TIDAL account, allow playlist and search permissions, and try again. If the status is Reconnect required, use Reconnect TIDAL.
- The playlist is empty after requests come in. Confirm All Requests or the event playlist is Active (not Paused, and actually created). Check Recent syncs: No match means TIDAL could not identify the recording; Failed needs Retry. Refresh the playlist in TIDAL and in your DJ software β new tracks do not appear until you refresh.
- I approved a song but it was already in the playlist. That is expected. Tracks are added at submit time, before Booth review. Pause the playlist if you do not want unreviewed songs added.
- I disconnected and the TIDAL playlist is still there. Disconnect does not delete playlists. Remove them in TIDAL if you no longer want them.
